Life can sometimes feel like a roller coaster, with ups and downs and unexpected twists and turns. While many of the issues we face in our lives are manageable on our own, with others we may want or need another person (outside of our own heads!) to help us through. You don’t have to do it alone. I have been fortunate enough to work with people from diverse backgrounds and with widely varied struggles and challenges, with individuals, couples, and families. Whatever challenges you may be facing, take comfort in knowing you’re not alone in them and there is hope! I have always believed in people’s innate strength to overcome, and feel passionately about helping others realize their own unique strengths that can help them through their struggles. In therapy the relationship between the client and the therapist is a big part of the success gained in the sessions, and I have found through my experience as both the therapist and the client that an honest, direct, compassionate and humorous approach is most fulfilling and effective in creating and sustaining desired change.
